I’m amazed with the Sheth Montana because I seriously didn’t expect thisquality of service from a development that isn’t even completely built yet. Ibought an apartment last week and since then the developers have been kindenough to keep me constantly updated on the progress.

I’ve had several tours of the grounds and a little of the buildings themselves,and from what I can see, they’re absolutely luxurious. I’ll talk about thegrounds first since I’ve toured them extensively. The development is located inthe Mulund West area, so it’s pretty quiet and green around Montana.

Inside, the place is covered with gardens and trimmed hedges everywhere,sort of like a wooded park kind of environment. It’s refreshing to walk throughthem even on a tour, and I can tell I’m going to love living here.

The grounds also have lots of facilities for the tenants, including a spa, jacuzzi,and swimming pool for everybody. A kids’ pool is also included, and I’m told itwill be supervised for safety. Sounds great, right? I’ve seen the floor plans ofthe rooms and they look very comfortable too.

They are a little small for the price, but have a great design so no room feelscramped to live in. The place I bought is a 2BHK 710 square feet apartment. Ithas a neatly separated bathroom, two bedrooms, a modular kitchen (I think itmeans the kitchen was built following a catalogue), and a bathroom quite bigenough.

Mulund known as the Prince of Suburbs, Mulund is one of the well-planned residential destinations of Mumbai. It is also known as the greenest stretches of Mumbai. Excellent connectivity to Eastern Express Highway that provides easy access to various parts of Mumbai. Proximity to employment hubs such as Vikhroli, Powai, BKC and Andheri. This place has the prime location of the city and it is well connected with other parts of the city by road or rail. All kinds of transport facilities like buses, auto and trains are easily available throughout the day. The local people are helpful and welcoming in nature, so the people who come from outside of the city feel safe to live. To the high population of this place, it has a high pollution rate. Read More

This place is a prime suburb with all kinds of basic facilities available. This place is well connected by bus, auto, and the central line of the railway. This place is full of street food vendors with tasty food at cheap prices. This place has ample parking space for the residents which is a big facility for any urban area. This place has an issue of frequent power cuts which is one negative side of the place. Read More

This place is well connected with the other parts of the city by roads as well as by railway such as Mulund railway station is close to the place. This place has all kinds of basic amenities like banks, schools, shopping malls, and petrol pumps within 2 to 3 km. The roads are well maintained and the place has no water shortage.
