TGIIC Generates ₹2,529 Crore from Two Land Auctions in Raidurg
Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has successfully generated ₹2,529 crore from the e-auction of 11.38 acres of multi-use land in Raidurg. The latest auction saw a 5.09-acre plot fetch ₹204 crore per acre, while a previous auction of a 6.29-acre parcel sold for ₹237 crore per acre.
