A 2500-meter flyover connecting Nalgonda crossroads to Owaisi Junction is nearing completion.

The expressway is now handling approximately 1.6 lakh vehicles daily.The surge in traffic and toll revenue highlights the ORR's crucial role in easing congestion and facilitating movement around Hyderabad, with annual toll revenue estimated at ₹840 crore.
