Leisure amenities in My Home Avatar include a spa, party hall, and an amphitheatre but the indoor games room has limited space and would have been better if it was more spread out.

The balconies of the apartment give a very scenic view of the sourcing landscape and add to the skyline, owing to its grand architecture and sophisticated external facade.

The infrastructure of My Home Avatar apartments is great and made with quality construction materials that require less maintenance over time but I did see some wiring issues in some of the rooms that are easily rectifiable.

Located on the western side of the city, Gachibowli has excellent connectivity to other parts of city. Easy accessibility to the Outer ring road (ORR) via Old Mumbai Highway, Pullela Gopichand Academy Road and ISB road also. This area provides smooth access to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Shamshabad, HITEC city and Mehdipatnam. Gachibowli has witnessed a rapid transformation in terms of commercial and residential real estate spaces due to presence of major IT-ITeS companies. I am a tenant of Urban Haven in the Gachibowli locality region of Hyderabad. One minor problem that I found in the locality is the lack of proper spaces for vehicle movement which results in traffic jams. Apart from the traffic issues of the place, there are a lot of facilities like excellent transport, 24*7 electricity and supply of water for the residents.
