The highly anticipated DND-KMP Expressway, a six-lane access-controlled highway connecting Maharani Bagh in Delhi to Mandkola in Palwal, is in its final stages of completion. Developed under the Bharatmala Pariyojana at a cost of ₹4463 crore, this 59-kilometer expressway is set to significantly reduce travel time between Delhi and Faridabad to approximately 20 minutes.

The construction of a new industrial and connectivity corridor between Faridabad and Gurugram is set to commence, with heavy machinery already on-site. This project, including the Ballabgarh-Samaypur-Sirmthala-Sohna road, aims to improve connectivity between three districts, reduce traffic congestion on existing routes, and attract significant industrial investment.

The upcoming 31-km Faridabad-Jewar Greenfield Expressway is set to dramatically cut travel time between Faridabad and the Noida International Airport in Jewar to approximately 20 minutes. This six-lane access-controlled corridor will enhance Faridabad's attractiveness for homebuyers and investors.

The 121.7 km Palwal-Sonipat Rail Corridor (Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor - HORC) is in its final construction phase and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026 at a revised project cost of Rs 11,709 crores.This project aims to enhance passenger and freight movement, bypass Delhi's congested routes, and provide rapid access to Panipat, Sonipat, and Gurugram micro-markets.

The Haryana government has approved a Rs 137 crore project to upgrade the existing two-lane Palwal-Nuh road into a four-lane highway. The project also includes environmental clearance and a plan for extensive tree plantation on 66 acres in Nuh, with an estimated budget of Rs 25 crore for the planting project

As part of broader development initiatives, a project to lay sewerage lines in various areas of Faridabad has been sanctioned with a budget of ₹25 crore. This work is expected to improve the city's sanitation infrastructure and environmental conditions.

The Noida International Airport in Jewar is set to commence operations on March 28, with UP CM Yogi Adityanath extending an invitation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for its inauguration. This development is expected to significantly boost air connectivity in UP and contribute an estimated Rs 1 lakh crore to the state's economy. The airport has recently received its aerodrome license from the DGCA.

Approximately 7.8km of the new elevated corridor connecting Jewar Airport to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway passes through urban limits designated under the Faridabad Master Plan 2031. This decision to build an elevated stretch aims to accommodate planned high-density urban development and future infrastructure expansion in the area, potentially leading to increased residential and commercial activity.
