Godrej Plots Coimbatore has announced the launch of a premium gated community featuring plots near the Coimbatore Golf Club. The development is strategically located in South Coimbatore, an area favored by affluent families and IT professionals. The project aims to capitalize on the city's growing IT sector and the upcoming Coimbatore Metro project.

A mini stadium is planned for Malumichampatti in Kinathukadavu assembly constituency at a cost of ₹3 crore. The facility will include a 200-meter running track, courts for volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, and kho-kho, a gym, and toilet facilities. The project aims to provide local residents, including students and the general public, with accessible sports and fitness amenities, reducing the need to travel long distances to existing stadiums, promoting physical fitness within the community.
