CM met with Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar to discuss enhancing the state's free power royalty for hydroelectric projects. He also sought central financial assistance for urban development projects, including the proposed 'Aero City' and 'Him Chandigarh' in Kangra, and funds for sanitation and waste management.

Shimla is set to receive significant infrastructure upgrades, including the development of hydraulic parking systems at approximately 15 locations as part of a Rs 1,200 crore urban development initiative aimed at easing congestion and improving parking. This plan also includes decongestion measures in key urban zones and the laying of underground utility pipelines.

Tara Devi Enclave Phase 1, a new luxury residential project, has been launched in Sector 3, New Shimla. The project offers exclusive residences with amenities like a clubhouse and pool, emphasizing RERA approval and adherence to safety and environmental guidelines.
