I rented an apartment in Nangloi only a few months back and I like almost everything about this locality, except for the fact that the locality is very polluted along with traffic congestion. Parking issues are generally experienced during festivals. Other than that, I have no complaints. Electricity and water supply are consistent and I have never experienced power cuts either.
