Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) corporators will have access to a Rs 100 crore fund for ward-level development works in the upcoming fiscal year 2026-27. This includes a proposed allocation of Rs 50 crore and a carry-forward of Rs 50 crore from the previous year.

NMC has planned to establish 30 'safe school zones' near schools across the city to enhance student safety.
