Pathardi Phata, Nashik

The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) requires approximately Rs 700 crore for the development of colony roads and roads in newly emerging areas. A detailed blueprint is being prepared for submission to the state government. This initiative aims to address the deteriorating condition of many colony roads and improve connectivity in developing zones, ensuring better urban infrastructure for residents.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed confidence in Nashik's development potential, driven by infrastructure investments for the Simhastha Kumbh Mela. A Rs 33,000 crore investment is planned for infrastructure, including improved connectivity, dry ports, and ring roads, aiming to create a Rs 3 lakh crore economy in Nashik over the next decade.

Nashik's real estate market is expected to remain stable and investment-friendly in 2026, with gradual price appreciation and consistent rental demand. Emerging areas like Pathardi Phata, Adgaon, and Trimbak Road are projected to see stronger value growth due to expanding infrastructure and residential development. This stability is attributed to improved infrastructure, rising lifestyle migration.

NHAI has awarded the Nashik Phata–Khed corridor project, to be executed in two phases at a total cost of ₹7,800 crore, to improve travel times and safety. Phase I, from Nashik Phata to Alandi Phata, is estimated at ₹4,403 crore, while Phase II, the Alandi Phata–Khed stretch, will be built at ₹3,398 crore.Railway Board has approved two new railway lines between Manmad and Kasara for a direct Nashik to Mumbai local train service.
