The Andhra Pradesh Government has allocated an additional 25 acres to Sify Infinit Spaces for the second phase of its 500 MW hyperscale data center campus in Vizag. This expansion is part of Sify's significant investment and is expected to bolster cloud computing, AI, and digital services in the region.

Nashik, along with Jaipur, Nagpur, and Vadodara, is identified as a key Tier 2 city catering to the mid-income housing segment, with over 75% of supply priced below ₹75 lakh. This steady demand is driven by manufacturing and industrial employment. The measured approach to new project launches by developers is helping maintain balanced market dynamics and control unsold inventory.

Several new residential projects have been launched in Vizag, including Rise Imperial Madhurawada, Sai Ashreya Layout Anandapuram, Vishwanadh Avenues V36 Pride Pothinamallayya Palem, and KRT Brundavanam Bheemunipatnam. These launches offer new housing options and contribute to the real estate market's growth.

GVMC is planning significant road widening projects in Bheemunipatnam and the West Zone of Visakhapatnam to improve traffic flow and road safety. The initiative aims to address the city's growing transportation needs and support future urban development, including projects like the Visakha Economic Region and Bhogapuram International Airport.

GVMC is planning to increase the number of municipal wards from 98 to 120 to improve grassroots public representation in the rapidly growing city. This administrative exercise will restructure existing large wards into smaller,units, particularly in areas like Bheemunipatnam, Madhurawada, Pendurthi, and Anakapalli.

The A.P. Township and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APTIDCO) will distribute approximately 3,600 houses built at a cost of ₹323 crore to eligible beneficiaries across Visakhapatnam district. This initiative aims to provide permanent housing security . Houses will be distributed in Bheemunipatnam, Pendurthi, and Gajuwaka assembly constituencies.

GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg attributed the rapid growth in Visakhapatnam's real estate sector to recent amendments in building rules aimed at fostering sustainable and investor-friendly development. VK Aurora in Madhurawada and Utkarsha Pearl in Bheemunipatnam have launched new residential projects.
