Vadodara Junction, a major railway hub, will see over 140 train services rerouted or altered between June 23 and July 1 due to yard remodeling and signaling upgrades. Platforms 5 and 6 will be temporarily closed for infrastructure overhaul, including installing new points and crossovers. Trains will stop at peripheral stations like Vishwamitri, Chhayapuri, and Bajwa instead of the main junction.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to launch and lay the foundation stone for development projects worth over Rs 3,880 crore in Varanasi. These projects encompass significant road infrastructure improvements, including flyovers and underpasses, along with water schemes, power substations, and community facilities, aiming to boost connectivity, public amenities, and economic growth in the region.
