Vadodara Ring Road Project Phase 1 Completed, Aiming to Ease Traffic Congestion

The Vadodara Urban Development Authority (VUDA) and Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) have completed the first phase of the ambitious 75-meter wide Ring Road project. This 27.5 km stretch, part of a larger 66 km corridor costing ₹1,500 crore, is expected to significantly reduce traffic pressure within the city by diverting heavy vehicles outside urban limits.

Vadodara Civic Body Plans 11 New Infrastructure Projects

The Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) has planned 11 new infrastructure projects, including bridges and flyovers, with an estimated cost of ₹643 crore.Key projects include flyovers at Makarpura-Sushain Junction, Tarsali junction, and Vrundavan junction, as well as widening of Vishwamitri River bridges.
