I live in a prime locality with all kinds of facilities, and I rarely ever experienced any form of issue. Furthermore, the modern transport system of Moti Nagar made it easier for daily commuters as well. It also has very close proximity to commercial hubs like Karol Bagh and Rajendra Place. The locality has a very high demand among students especially because of its proximity to CS Institute.
Being a permanent resident in Moti Nagar, I have no complaints. The availability of public transport makes commuting easier, and adding to it is the metro connectivity. Auto and cabs are also available in the locality. As far as safety is concerned, it is even safe to go out even late at night. I have never faced any issues regarding the electric supply or water supply. Markets and grocery stores are available as well.
I have been a resident of Moti Nagar for many years now, and I can say that it is a very good place to live. The neighborhood is located in the west Delhi district of Delhi and it has proximity to the Ring Road and Punjabi Bagh. The Moti Nagar The market is also in close vicinity. The locality also features a green park of 100 acres called the DDA District Park.
I used to live in Moti Nagar a long time back and I liked the place. I had very good access to hospitals, restaurants, medical stores, parks, and so on. The DDA park was very well-maintained and most of the time, I would spend my time there. My neighborhood was close to several well-reputed schools and colleges. However, there were parking issues and most of the cars were parked on the side of the streets.
The neighborhood in Moti Nagar is very convenient, and ever since I rented an apartment, I never faced any form of issue. The locality has proximity to hospitals, and there are many shops in the locality selling essentials to the local people. There are many shopping malls around the locality, and metro connectivity is also available. The only problem I have ever faced is the poor traffic conditions and pollution.
