The Delhi-NCR region saw a 26% year-over-year growth in new residential launches during the first quarter of 2026, with Gurugram accounting for 73% of these launches. This growth is attributed to improved airport accessibility, integration with UER-II, and competitive pricing, making it the best first quarter for unit launches since 2015 and indicating a robust real estate market.

The Lieutenant Governor has approved the land allotment from the Delhi Jal Board to DMRC for the Rithala-Narela-Kundli Metro corridor under Phase IV, which had been pending for several years. This clearance is expected to expedite the construction of the viaduct between Rithala and Rohini Sector 25, boosting the development of Narela as a residential and educational hub.
