The foundation stone for the 48-km, four-lane Indore-Ujjain Greenfield Corridor has been laid. This ₹2,935 crore project is expected to significantly reduce travel time between the two cities, improve traffic movement, and benefit approximately 1.5 million people in the surrounding region.

The Indore Smart City Development Limited board has approved several major infrastructure, urban development, and public utility projects, particularly focusing on the MOG Lines Redevelopment. The expected impact is improved urban infrastructure and potential economic growth in the MOG Lines area.

The construction of the Indore-Budni railway line, a ₹7,400 crore project, has commenced with the railway receiving permission to cut 277 trees of 35 species from government land. The line will pass through villages like Dakachya and Sanwer. The project aims to improve rail connectivity and is expected to be completed by 2030.

MP Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd (MPPKVVCL) is accelerating the expansion and upgrading of power distribution infrastructure in Indore's industrial clusters, including Palda, Rau, Polo Ground, and Sanwer Road, due to rising industrial electricity demand. A proposal for three new substations in Indore city's industrial pockets has been prepared.
