As of July 6, 2026, there are 134 new launch projects in Vadodara West, including villas and apartments in areas like "Shivalik The Skygaze" in Sevasi , "VR luxuria" in Bhayli", and "Darshnam Spinel Stone" in Gotri. Several new residential projects have been launched in Vadodara, including Parkrest Villas in Waghodi Road, offering 3 BHK & 4 BHK units. These projects, developed by various builders, are expected to cater to the growing housing demand in the city, with possession dates ranging from late 2026 to 2029.
