CM performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the Satgarhi Smart Industrial Park and Convention Centre in the Kolar region. The township will be developed over approximately 70 hectares and will include plug-and-play facilities. A key feature is a proposed 25-acre modern convention and exhibition center with a seating capacity of 10,000.

Following the safe disposal of toxic waste at the former Union Carbide factory site, the land will be redeveloped into a memorial and a new hospital. This project aims to serve as a tribute to those affected by the Bhopal Gas Tragedy and will transform a site of historical tragedy into a space for remembrance and public health.

Despite Bhopal's reputation as a 'City of Lakes,' the Upper Lake (Bada Talab) faces continuous threats from untreated sewage inflow and encroachment, impacting its status as a heritage site and a source of drinking water for nearly 40% of the city. The Lower Lake is suffering from eutrophication and plastic waste.

MP Cabinet has approved a significant development outlay of over ₹29,540 crore, with a substantial portion of ₹6,900 crore allocated for urban roads and infrastructure upgrades across the state. Additionally, ₹6,115.99 crore has been sanctioned for the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme, and a revised estimate of ₹763.40 crore approved for a new medical college in Budni.

CM Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the new eight-storey headquarters of the Bhopal Municipal Corporation, 'Atal Bhavan', built at a cost of ₹73 crore. This integrated facility brings all civic departments under one roof, promising to improve administrative efficiency and citizen services.

The Madhya Pradesh budget has allocated funding for 18 roads in Bhopal, emphasizing urban infrastructure development. The allocation is part of a broader urban development package and is expected to enhance last-mile connectivity and encourage economic activity along transit corridors.

Two new residential projects have been launched in Bhopal. Patidar Takshashila Homes, by Patidar Builders, offers premium villas in Bawadia Kalan, focusing on modern architecture and comfort. Regal Kasturi Phase 3, by Regal Homes, presents residential plots in Khajuri Kalan, designed for tranquil living.

Several new residential projects are available in Bhopal, including Lodhi Kasturi Habitat Phase 2 in Awadhpuri and Tirupati Abhinav Homes Phase 2 along Ayodhya Bypass are also new offerings. These developments are expected to cater to the demand for housing in these developing areas.
