The new 1,350 km Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is driving up real estate demand in Jaipur and Indore due to improved connectivity. Residential property prices in Jaipur have jumped 12-18% in the past year, attracting companies with lower office rents.

Manglam Group has launched Summit Signature Sangam, a ₹400 crore commercial project in Jaipur, in partnership with Sangam India Limited. The development, spread over 11,500 square yards, will feature flexible office spaces. Located along the Ajmer Road and Civil Lines corridor, the project aims to attract corporate offices and retail brands, contributing to Jaipur's business infrastructure.

Jaipur's real estate market is experiencing significant growth, driven by infrastructure development and increasing property values. This growth is attributed to infrastructure projects like metro expansions and commercial hubs. Prices are predicted to grow by 20-25% in prime locations over the next two years, with emerging investment hotspots including Mansarovar Extension, Vaishali Nagar & Ajmer Road.

Jaipur's Comprehensive Mobility Plan (CMP) proposes converting all major roads within the Walled City to one-way traffic routes to reduce traffic congestion by minimizing conflict points at intersections, improving junction capacity, and creating more space for pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles.
