The 'Greater Agra' township project, has received RERA approval. This project, developed by the Agra Development Authority, aims to create a major urban and economic hub with modern civic infrastructure.The project is estimated to cost around Rs. 5,142 crore and will be spread across nearly 450 hectares in Raipur and Rahankalan areas ,with 10000 families.

The project, estimated at ₹5,142 crore, will feature 10 river-themed townships offering multi-storey flats, group housing, plots, modern roads and other civic amenities for over 10,000 families.
