Final works, including girder installation and safety measures, are underway.

The Maharashtra Government has sanctioned ₹315 crore for various development projects in Nagpur, including footpaths, gardens, streetlights, and sewage lines. The NMC has approved a ₹14.46 crore plan to resurface 260 roads across 10 zones, prioritizing 135 roads based on deterioration. A new flyover named after Dr. Shrikant Jichkar has been inaugurated on Amravati Road to reduce traffic congesytion. The Indora-Dighori flyover construction too is reaching operational status, soon.
