The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) approved 474 housing projects in Nagpur during the financial year 2025-26. This is part of the total 10,379 projects approved across Maharashtra. These approvals reflect the ongoing development and regulatory compliance within Nagpur's real estate sector, promoting transparency and timely project completion.

The Union Ministry has sanctioned ₹150 crore for the concretization of the 6 km Central Avenue stretch from Nagpur Railway Station to Vaishno Devi Square, including stormwater drains and pedestrian walkways. The NMC has approved a ₹14.46 crore plan to resurface 260 roads across 10 zones, prioritizing 135 roads based on deterioration. A new flyover named after Dr. Shrikant Jichkar has been inaugurated on Amravati Road to reduce traffic congesytion. The Indora-Dighori flyover construction too is reaching operational status, soon.
