MMRDA Secures Major Land Transfer for Rs 3 Lakh Crore Infrastructure Push

The Maharashtra government has transferred 33,954.61 hectares of government land to MMRDA free of cost. I have been living here for 6 years in a house as a tenant. The local people are helpful and welcoming in nature with nice behavior. This place is the upcoming district headquarters and has all types of road connectivity with the other parts of the city. All the basic amenities like schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics, shops, and groceries are nearby the locality.

This place is a prime locality with a good environment for living. All kinds of transport facilities are available in this place and it is a fastly growing residential area. Palghar has become a new hot spot or residential for its superb facilities.

I have been living here for 10 years with my family in my own house. This is the best location for me with all kinds of urban facilities available here. It has good connectivity to NH-8 and western railway stations and is well connected to Mumbai. This place is near the Boisar industrial area and will be connected to western suburbs for daily travelers.

People can avail of all the urban facilities nearby to this location. Good road connectivity with the nearest local railway station makes the place suitable for working people. This place is an upcoming suburb in the Thane district with a beautiful seashore just 10 km away from the station. Local trains are going to start very soon from Churchgate to Dahanu. This is a fast-developing residential area with all kinds of basic facilities available. This place has become the next major hub after Virar. This place is just half an hour from Virar via railway. This place is near to a big industrial area so the pollution rate is very high in this locality.
