This 295-hectare greenfield development will be of mixed-use. It aims to create a self-sustaining urban ecosystem, leveraging connectivity from the Namo Bharat/RRTS corridor.

The Meerut-Haridwar Link Expressway, an extension of the Ganga Expressway, is progressing with its 146 km stretch. This development is part of Uttar Pradesh's broader expressway expansion plan, aiming to enhance connectivity and facilitate economic growth.
