Residents Protest Tree Felling for Proposed London Street Project
Local residents formed a human chain to protest the felling of over 138 trees for the 'London Street' project and 61 trees in the Sonegaon Amrai area. Protesters emphasized their support for development but concern over the loss of green cover, calling the trees 'the lungs of Nagpur'.
