Gujarat RERA Suspends Housing Project in Surat Due to Development Issues

GUJ RERA has suspended the registration of the Sahajanand Green City housing project in Kamrej, Surat, prohibiting any further booking, selling, or marketing of its units. This action was taken due to issues with development permissions, as reported by the Surat Urban Development Authority (SUDA). The project, began in 2015 and was registered with RERA in 2018
