Tree Felling opposed for Nashik Kumbh Mela

He suggested alternative locations for Sadhugram and questioned the necessity of large gatherings that pose risks to human life. This warning comes amid opposition from environmentalists to a proposal to fell 1,670 trees for Sadhugram.
