The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is planning to monetise more than 209 civic properties through long-term leases to strengthen municipal revenues and fund infrastructure development. This initiative aims to generate sustainable non-tax income by leveraging commercially viable assets, including land parcels and built-up properties.

These include railway overbridges, grade separators, bridges, flyovers, roads, redeveloped lakes (Vastrapur and Sarkhej Shakari), public gardens, yoga studios, primary health centers, and sports complexes.
