CM Devendra Fadnavis announced that Nagpur is investing in quality sports infrastructure to complement its growing sports culture. Plans include an international-standard sports complex at Mankapur and a proposed sports university , in addition to 25 swimming pools across localities in City.

The Maharashtra Government has sanctioned ₹315 crore for various development projects in Nagpur, including footpaths, gardens, streetlights, and sewage lines. This funding, released to the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC), aims to expedite long-pending infrastructure works and upgrade the city's civic amenities.

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) approved 474 housing projects in Nagpur during the financial year 2025-26. This is part of the total 10,379 projects approved across Maharashtra. These approvals reflect the ongoing development and regulatory compliance within Nagpur's real estate sector, promoting transparency and timely project completion.
