Nexus Select Trust is reportedly in advanced discussions to acquire a substantial mixed-use property in Guwahati for approximately ₹1,300 crore. The under-construction asset, spanning 1.2 million sq ft, comprises retail, hotel, and office spaces. This potential acquisition highlights the growing institutional interest in Tier-2 cities like Guwahati for real estate investments.

Guwahati is rapidly emerging as the commercial powerhouse of Northeast India, fueled by significant infrastructure development. Key projects like the Guwahati Ring Road and the 6-lane Guwahati–North Guwahati Bridge are set to improve connectivity and unlock development potential.
