Royale Estate Group has announced the possession ceremony of the Mohali Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ), North India's first integrated industrial township. Spread across 150 acres, the development was delivered within 22 months, setting a new benchmark for execution speed. MIEZ features robust infrastructure including concrete roads, power supply, water drainage systems, and integrated security.

Mohali is set for a transformative year in 2026 with significant infrastructure upgrades, including green initiatives and civic projects. Plans include a modern Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant for Sector 101, IT City. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has decided to levy enhancement charges of Rs 7,845 per square yard on plots in its IT City project on Airport Road. This decision, approved in a GMADA meeting on January 12, has led to resentment among allottees who argue that demanding additional payments years after purchase is unfair.
