Also , Tonk road Metro line corridor will begin soon connecting Airport and commercial zones on Tonk Road to City.

The state government has stopped the registration of properties based on informal housing society 'pattas' to curb unregulated real estate activities and protect buyers from fraudulent sales. All such land will now require a 90-A conversion, involving certification of land-use, layout, and road width norms by revenue, town planning, and JDA departments before registration.
