The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has approved multiple infrastructure projects across the city. These include the construction of a four-lane elevated road from Aranya Bhavan Chowraha to Jagatpura ROB, costing ₹560 crore, which includes three ramps along its 4.4 km length and is expected to be completed within two and a half years. Additionally, ₹78.20 crore will be allocated to connect and lay sewer lines in the sewage treatment plant of the Swarna Vihar residential scheme in Prithviraj Nagar South. Decorative lighting on VT Road, Aravali Marg, and Madhyam Marg will receive ₹9.11 crore. A 30-foot sector road from Gonar Road to Ring Road will be constructed with an investment of ₹8.22 crore. Road cuts made by the Jaloday Department in Zone-11 will be repaired using ₹2.94 crore, and ₹3.16 crore will be allocated for road construction in approved colonies in Zone Seven of the Sanganer area. Furthermore, JDA is set to begin work on elevated roads in Sanganer and on Gopalpura Bypass Road, along with railway overbridges at Shaligrampura Phatak and CBI Phatak, potentially causing traffic diversions. Another elevated road project includes a 2.40 km stretch from Apex Circle to Jagatpura ROB at a cost of ₹130 crore, and an additional ₹65 crore will be spent on an elevated road from Jhotwara ROB to Khatipura ROB. Shifting focus from Tonk Road and JLN Marg, JDA has decided to construct an elevated road spanning from Aranya Bhawan to Balaji Tiraha.
