New Housing Schemes and Urban Development Reforms Announced for Jaipur and Other Cities

The Urban Development and Housing (UDH) Department has announced new residential schemes in Jaipur (Pratap Nagar) and other cities, alongside administrative reforms. The state is also finalizing the 'Rajasthan Township Policy 2024' and digitizing cooperative housing society records to prevent fraud, promoting transparency and protecting homebuyer interests.
