NHAI has awarded the Nashik Phata–Khed corridor project, to be executed in two phases at a total cost of ₹7,800 crore, to improve travel times and safety. Phase I, from Nashik Phata to Alandi Phata, is estimated at ₹4,403 crore, while Phase II, the Alandi Phata–Khed stretch, will be built at ₹3,398 crore.Railway Board has approved two new railway lines between Manmad and Kasara for a direct Nashik to Mumbai local train service.

Della Group announced plans to develop five integrated townships across Pune, Goa, Nagpur, and Raipur. These projects, spread over 412 acres with a gross development value of Rs 5,800 crore. The company is also in advanced talks for additional alliances with a combined GDV of Rs 14,000 crore, including developments in Thane, Kasara, Igatpuri, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, and Ranthambore.
