Rs 12-Crore Road Project Stalled Over 'Walkable Street' Proposal
A crucial one-kilometer road project connecting LAD Square to Shraddhanandpeth via VNIT in Nagpur has been stalled for six months due to a debate between executing the sanctioned cement concrete road or redesigning it as a 'walkable street'. The latter would cost an additional Rs 8 crore, for which no budget is allocated.
