Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad

Crossing Republik is an integrated city project in Ghaziabad. It is situated along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and has been built at a cost of Rs. 60 billion. It is a planned township and one of the two sub-cities of Ghaziabad with a capacity to house 2,00,000 residents.  It shares good connectivity with Noida and Greater Noida. Wit its steady development and rise of civic and social amenities, it has become a popular choice for residences in the real estate market. It mainly comprises high-rise multi-storey apartments and most of them are ready to move in.

Since the locality shares close proximity to Noida Sector 62 and 63, most of the working professionals of these commercial hubs prefer to reside here. It is just a distance of 11 km from here.  Crossing Republik is at a 9 km distance from the Noida Electronic City Metro Station on the Delhi Metro Blue Line and an Extension of the Noida Metro Aqua line at 3 km is under construction. Crossing Republik is well equipped with street lights and other safety measures are also being improved.
