Ghaziabad Real Estate Sees Boost with UP-RERA Approvals and Infrastructure Development
Ghaziabad's real estate market is experiencing growth, with UP-RERA approving multiple projects. In February, UP-RERA approved 14 new projects totaling ₹4,438 crore, including one residential project in Ghaziabad worth ₹196 crore, comprising 125 units. Real estate developers anticipate a surge in housing demand in Ghaziabad and Meerut following the operationalization of the Delhi-Meerut RRTS.
