YEIDA has proposed the development of 'Japan City' and 'Singapore City' in Greater Noida, spanning 1,000 acres. These integrated industrial cities will feature a mixed-use development model with 70% industrial, 12% residential, 13% commercial, and 5% institutional facilities.

The plots are available in various sizes, with a portion reserved for farmers and local businessmen. The land rate is ₹36,260 per sqm, and applications are open until May 6.
