Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida

The Yamuna Expressway is a hotbed of residential and infrastructural development and is a 165 km stretch linking Delhi and Agra and it has been designed to reduce traveling time by a whopping 50% between the town. This is a six lane expressway and is strategically linked to Noida, Faridabad, Greater Noida, Aligarh, Mathura, Dadri and Khurja. The Buddh International F1 Circuit and proposed Night Safari in Greater Noida lie near the Expressway along with the Jaypee Sports City township.A world class cricket stadium is being built by Jaypee along this stretch while office spaces have already been purchased by corporate biggies like Wipro and Infosys. YEIDA has already approved metro connectivity for the Yamuna Expressway and the network will extend from the proposed metro station at Pari Chowk till the Yamuna Expressway Sectors 18 and 20. A 150 room star hotel will be built along the Yamuna Expressway by 2018 while several others are in the works.  The proposed Taj Airport will also be accessible from the Expressway in the future.There are several leading developers operating in this stretch including Gaursons India Limited, Jaypee Greens, Supertech Builders, ATS Group and the Lotus Group among others. Projects like Gaur Yamuna City-1 and Yamuna City-2 along with Ajnara Panorama Facing F1 and Jaypee Greens Villa Expanza are quite popular. The Jaypee Greens Sports City across 5000 acres is a massive development in this stretch and there are several affordably priced housing units for end users and investors alike. There are a few premium and mid-range projects being developed along the Expressway as well and prices have gone up marginally by 1.58% over the last year here. You will find projects priced between INR 2,180-7,990 per sq. ft. here. The Gautam Budh University is a major educational institution in the area. There has been a deluge of buyers for property in Yamuna Expressway and it is being billed as the next growth destination of the future.
