NCR-based Karyan Group has launched its luxury housing project 'Trevana Residences' on NH-24, with an investment of approximately ₹900 crore. The project features 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments and is slated for completion by 2030. The launch is attributed to improved connectivity from the upcoming Delhi-Dehradun Expressway.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is planning to revamp 10 key junctions and road stretches across the city to combat traffic congestion. This includes constructing an elevated road from Raj Nagar Extension towards Kavinagar and Shastri Nagar to bypass Hapur Chungi.

The Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway ,is nearing completion and is expected to be fully operational by early 2027. This 380-km greenfield expressway will connect Noida, Ghaziabad, and Kanpur, drastically reducing travel time between Delhi-NCR and central Uttar Pradesh to under five hours.

The Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation (GMC) has launched infrastructure projects valued at Rs 227 crore, with implementation across all 100 wards. The allocation includes funds for urban beautification, solid waste management, and air quality improvement initiatives. This comprehensive development plan aims to address civic issues and improve the overall quality of life.

Ghaziabad's real estate market is experiencing growth, with UP-RERA approving multiple projects. In February, UP-RERA approved 14 new projects totaling ₹4,438 crore, including one residential project in Ghaziabad worth ₹196 crore, comprising 125 units. Real estate developers anticipate a surge in housing demand in Ghaziabad and Meerut following the operationalization of the Delhi-Meerut RRTS.

In 2025, Ghaziabad registered 29 real estate projects, with approvals for 10,747 units, and recorded an investment of Rs 12,750 crore, making it the third-highest district in Uttar Pradesh for real estate activity. Ghaziabad is also identified as a Tier-2 city that is becoming an attractive destination for real estate investment due to improving infrastructure, affordability..

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is planning a 1.5 km, four-lane flyover over Hapur Chungi to connect Raj Nagar Extension with Shastri Nagar and Kavi Nagar, aiming to decongest the Hapur roundabout. This project, estimated to cost Rs 150 crore, is expected to improve traffic flow and reduce travel times for commuters in the affected areas.
