Reviews & Ratings of Dheeraj Nagar, Faridabad
Based on 1 verified reviews
- Centrally Located with Good Connectivity
- Business Hubs & Offices in Close Proximity
- Near Metro or Good Public Transport
- Reputed Schools or Hospitals in the Vicinity
- Limited or no Green Areas & Parks
- Decaying or Broken Roads
- Water Logging & Sewage Disposal Problems
- No Infrastructural Development Planned in Future
Overall, it's a decent locality if you're looking for extremely affordable rental options or land parcels starting from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per square yard. However, its affordability comes with certain drawbacks. Waterlogging is a common issue, and sewage water often fills the roads, leading to numerous diseases. Power cuts are frequent — sometimes lasting for 24 to 48 hours — and theft has also been a concern, though it has decreased in recent years. On the positive side, the area has several schools, shopping complexes, markets, and metro connectivity, which adds to the residents’ convenience. Still, the fundamental infrastructure remains weak. I’ve been living here for the past 10 years and have seen little to no improvement, except for the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, which is located about 500 meters away. One more thing — if you plan to live here, be prepared to adjust your expectations regarding civic sense, as most people here don’t seem to believe in it.
