It is the best location for a residential area in comparison to other localities. I have been living here for 8 years in my own house. This place is full of basic amenities with schools, colleges, clinics, gyms, and so on. Transport facilities are extremely good with public transport and private transport. The local area is more peaceful. This is a very safe locality and well connected by trains, buses and public transport.

I had been living here for 6 years in a house as a tenant. The place has good connectivity to other parts of the city. It has all the facilities with hospitals, schools, colleges, markets, and so on. The local people are peaceful and in nature and welcoming. It is the safest place in Ghaziabad and best for family residents. The famous public schools, private and convent schools are located here.

I have been living here for 7 years with my family. This place is nice and peaceful for living with all basic amenities. The road connectivity is excellent with all kinds of transport. This place is affordable and all kinds of facilities to buy property here are available. The locality is near NH 24 and just 1 kilometer away from Delhi Meerut Bypass.

The place is perfect for those who want a peaceful life and environment with clean and wide roads. Hospitals, markets, schools, parks, and local markets are available in this locality. The people who want to live with their family can live here peacefully. The streets are not wide enough and there are lots of parking issues.
