Ahmedabad Civic Body Plans to Monetise Over 209 Properties to Boost Revenue for Infrastructure
The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is planning to monetise more than 209 civic properties through long-term leases to strengthen municipal revenues and fund infrastructure development. This initiative aims to generate sustainable non-tax income by leveraging commercially viable assets, including land parcels and built-up properties.
