Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for 325 development projects in Agra, collectively valued at ₹6,466.37 crore. These projects include the 'Greater Agra' township and various initiatives focused on roads, civic amenities, and public services.

The Agra Development Authority has received RERA approval for the 'Greater Agra' township project, a significant development aimed at transforming Agra into a modern urban and economic hub. The project, estimated at ₹5,142 crore, will feature 10 river-themed townships offering multi-storey flats, group housing, plots, modern roads and other civic amenities for over 10,000 families.

UP CM Yogi Adityanath will perform the ground-breaking and foundation-laying ceremony for the ambitious 'Greater Agra' project worth ₹5,142 crore. The project, developed by the Agra Development Authority (ADA) under the “New City Promotion Scheme,” will feature 10 modern residential townships on 449.65 hectares of land in Raipur and Rehan Kalan villages.

Ganpati Smart City in Sikandra, Agra, is an upcoming residential project with units expected to be partially ready for move-in by October 2026. The project offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations..
