State Clears Investment Zone for Loutolim Sports Hub, Hotels, and Villas
The state government has approved the designation of land in Loutolim, Salcete, as an Investment Promotion Area (IPA) for a project that includes a cricket academy, sports facilities, hotels, and villas. This move follows a proposal by M/s Venture Building Dreams Private Limited.
