The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) plans to develop a 1.6 km heritage walking track in the historic One Town area of Visakhapatnam. The track will connect heritage structures between Poorna Market and the Old Post Office, with informational signboards to detail the history of each landmark.

Following the reconfirmation of the CM office shift, the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) has initiated fast-paced road expansion works. The expansion of the 80ft road between NAD Junction and Gopalapatnam is being addressed, along with development works on the Jagadamba-One Town area route.
