Modinagar has transformed from being an industrial area to an education hub in Ghaziabad. While staying there I found the place to be very comfortable to live in because there are a lot of retail stores and markets in the neighborhood. Though I have moved to another city, I still have fond memories of the place.
Living in Modinagar, I have never felt that I am detached from social conveniences or infrastructure. The place is well-connected and its proximity to Meerut road makes the place extremely accessible. Shops, hospitals, malls, and schools are just a stone's throw away making it a very good residential area. Moreover, the place also has a few open spaces and grounds such as Satish Park, and Gandhi ground among many others.
Modinager is the new educational hub in Ghaziabad with numerous sought-after educational institutions within the locality. As a result, the place has seen large-scale development in the last few years and has benefited immensely. Apart from schools, malls, and affordable accommodations are widely available that leverage the location's position along the key artery roads. Modinagar road has all types of retail stores making life convenient.
The variety of shop establishments on Modinagar Road makes life convenient. Apart from schools, Modinagar also benefits from its location along major thoroughfares by having a large variety of malls and reasonably priced housing options. Although the area's roadways are excellent. But sufficient drainage is a problem in the area as it sees heavy waterlogging in peak rainy seasons.
The place is very well-panned in terms of roadways but lacks proper drainage in the area. Heavy rains have taken their toll on the place in the past few years shedding light on this issue which was previously unknown. Modinagar is in excels in other aspects such as social infrastructure and accessibility due to its proximity to Meerut road which connects Delhi to Meerut. Places of worship such as Mahamaya Devi temple and Mj entertainment Ghaziabad are key attractions that I love.
