CM has approved ₹2.73 crore for the construction of a 150 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and site development at the Police Communication Training Centre in Dhorankhas, Dehradun. The approval is part of a larger sanction of ₹99 crore for various development projects across Uttarakhand.

NHAI is constructing a 12-kilometer, four-lane greenfield bypass connecting the Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor. The bypass is expected to be completed by April 2027 and will divert non-destined traffic away from the city's urban core.
