Prestige Group to Develop Rs 5,600 Crore Residential Project in Sector 109, Gurgaon

Prestige Group has signed a joint development agreement to develop a new residential project on a 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurgaon. The project is expected to have a saleable area of approximately 2.8 million sq. ft. and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 5,600 crore.
