Suraksha Group to Invest ₹3,000 Crore to Complete 20,000 Jaypee Homes by 2028

Suraksha Group announced it will invest approximately ₹3,000 crore over the next two years to complete and hand over all 20,000 housing units of Jaypee Infratech by 2028. The group has already completed 84 towers and handed over possession of 5,000 units. This investment is expected to resolve the long-standing issue of delayed possession for thousands of homebuyers.

YEIDA to Develop 10 New Sectors for Industrial Growth and Affordable Housing

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is planning to develop 10 new sectors in Yamuna City to support international industrial projects and strengthen infrastructure. The state government has approved ₹2,800 crore for land acquisition to accelerate development activities in the region.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) plans to develop a world-class Golf City in Sector 22F, near the upcoming Jewar International Airport. Spread over 650 acres, the project will feature a championship golf course and include residential, commercial, and institutional facilities.
