Sector 24 Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has proposed a partnership between Patanjali and Innova Food Park to establish an Agri Export Hub near the upcoming Jewar International Airport. This initiative aims to enhance farm-to-market linkages and support agri-export infrastructure. The facility will serve as an integrated center for testing, grading, and packaging agricultural and horticultural produce for export.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has allotted industrial plots in Sector 24 under the Mixed Land Use (MLU) Scheme, with a total planned investment of approximately Rs 1,000 crore. This is expected to generate around 4,500 jobs and foster integrated industrial, residential, and commercial growth. The allotted plots range from 10,000 sqm to 44,000 sqm, with costs varying between Rs 48 crore and Rs 100 crore.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called for the development of a FinTech hub in Noida, Greater Noida, or the Yamuna Authority region to boost electronic product exports. He also directed that industrial land allotments left underutilized for three years should be cancelled and reallocated, emphasizing a simplified process for investors.
